1. What Skills4Sale is

Skills4Sale is a marketplace for “skills” — instructions, prompts, configuration, and reference packages designed to make AI agents and coding assistants more useful. Some skills are free; others are paid. Skills are intended to be installed into tools you already use (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, and similar), but Skills4Sale itself is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the makers of those tools.

2. Your identity & account

Skills4Sale identifies you by your email address — there are no passwords. When you unlock or buy a skill, you give us your name and email so we can grant access and send your download links and receipts.

• You must have access to the email address you use and are responsible for keeping that access secure.
• Access to a skill is tied to the email used at purchase. The first time you open your library from a new device we email a one-time code to that address — entering the code lets that device re-download what you unlocked for 30 days. Anyone able to read that inbox can complete that step, so anyone able to read that inbox can re-download what you unlocked. Use the “Forget this device” button in the library to force the next visit on a shared computer to ask for the code again.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate someone else.

3. License granted to you

When you unlock a skill — free or paid — Skills4Salegrants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use that skill package for your own work with your AI agents.

• You may: use a skill with your own agents, copy it into your own projects and environments, and download it again from your library at any time.
• You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or repackage a skill for others; build a competing product from it; or remove any attribution it carries.
• All intellectual property in the skills remains with Skills4Sale and its contributors. You receive only the license described here.

4. Free skills

Free skills are provided at no cost but are still licensed, not sold. The license terms in section 3 apply to free skills in the same way as paid skills — they're for your personal use, not for resale or redistribution.

5. Payments

Paid skills are billed in the currency shown at checkout and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. Prices are listed on each skill and confirmed before you pay. Taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout.

6. Refunds & revocation of access

Refunds are handled case-by-case. If something is wrong with your purchase, email support@skills4sale.com and we'll work it out.

• When a full refund is issued through Stripe, your license for that skill is revoked and your access (including re-downloads from your library) is removed.
• Partial or goodwill refunds generally do not revoke access — you keep using the skill.
• Skills4Sale may suspend or revoke access if refunds are abused or if we detect fraud or chargebacks used to keep access without paying.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Skills4Sale or its skills. Without limiting that, you will not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share skill packages;
• scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise access the site in a way that could damage or overload it;
• try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying contents of a skill beyond the use your license allows;
• use Skills4Sale or any skill for an unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm someone;
• interfere with the site's security, authentication, or billing.

8. Skill content & accuracy

Skills are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't guarantee that any skill will be accurate, complete, up-to-date, or will produce a particular result when used with an AI agent. AI tools can make mistakes, and you are responsible for reviewing what an agent does with a skill before relying on it.

9. Third-party tools & links

Skills are designed for AI tools made by other companies (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, GitHub, and others). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Their own terms and policies apply when you use their products, and Skills4Sale isn't responsible for their behavior or for content linked from a skill.

10. Intellectual property

Skills4Sale, its name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by Skills4Sale and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use Skills4Sale's branding or trademarks except as needed to talk about the service in a descriptive way.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skills4Sale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any skill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the skill at issue in the 12 months before the claim (or, for free skills, to zero dollars).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Skills4Sale harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from your misuse of the site or a skill, or your violation of these terms.

13. Changes to the service

We may add, change, suspend, or remove skills, categories, or features at any time, and prices may change. Skills you've already unlocked remain available to you from your library, subject to these terms and to refunds as described above.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Skills4Sale after a change takes effect, you agree to the updated terms. For material changes, we'll do our best to note them here or notify you when we can.

15. Termination

You can stop using Skills4Sale at any time. We may suspend or revoke your access if you break these terms, if access was refunded, or to protect the site or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licenses, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) do survive.

16. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skills4Sale is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first — email support@skills4sale.com. If we can't, it will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
